Montrealracing is developing distributed systems to filter, summarize, optimize, and execute in near real-time, using distributed grid technologies. We need wizards with systems-level experience in Java and large scale near real time computing.
- 5+ years Java development, including some in distributed systems
- Flexibility to own tasks and deliver results in a fast-moving startup environment
- Practical experience working with relational databases
- Solid CS background, good understanding of algorithmic complexity
Audience Targeting Optimization
If you’re an advanced database developer who likes data mining and warehousing, this is the job for you. montrealracing is developing a data warehouse to optimize ads in near real-time, drawing on real time grid computing, distributed computing, data warehousing, and OLAP technologies. We need wizards with deep experience in designing and managing large scale database processing.
- Expertise delivering analysis databases for online advertising
- Flexibility to own tasks and deliver results in a fast-moving startup environment
- Data modeling for data warehouses
- Good SQL skills, especially with PostgreSQL
- 2+ years development of server software development, especially with Java
- Data mining experience
- Solid CS background, good understanding of algorithmic complexity
UI Design

- Portfolio of previous work
- Show a commitment to design excellence and a desire to create best-in-class web applications.
