Everytime I see companies bringing new cars, I always think… Another entry level segment to replace the last one, hence same starting price (almost) … Wouldn’t it be a good way to promote a higher cost for the next segment? Example. 2008 : VW Golf City 15k, Rabbit 18k. 2010: Polo 14k, Golf 17k, Rabbit 21k. Makes sense or not?
