oil leak

I just got my car today and bad luck following me my blower is leaking by the shaft beind the pulley,anyplace in montreal I could have the seal replace???that s an a.t.i procharger I could send it to u.s. but it would be too long,and because it s just the seal I tought I could have it fixed here.......
 
another problem occur.....:( it seems like it s now runnig too rich,black smoke coming out the exhaust,any idea what hapened????
 
ok that was tubing from the intercooler that went off..........lot of air thru the maf but no air to the engine that s why it was running rich..........
