Help!!

Ok Guys, i need your help
I want to buy interior neons (2) for my car
i was wondering if there is some way to attach both together
and only make them come on when my dome light goes on.
can someone please give me a step by step on how to install neons so that when my dome light goes on my neons go on.

thats a lote of splicing.
attach bolth wires from the neons together.
you can run these wires to one of two places. either the fuse box, at a fuse that turns hot when a dome lite goes on(but they wont go on unless you open your door this way, because thats what switches the power on at that fuse),or run the wires thru the ceiling pannal directly to the wires in the dome lite itsself. you will have to attach them to the poles that hold the bulb in normaly, so you wont beable to have a bulb in there anymore..
