k so we'll call them, friend A and friend B
Friend A goes to buy a car, with a suspended liscense. He buys one from a used car dealership and gets a 10 days transit
A couple days later, Friend B, who has a valid liscense, goes to drive the car, with friend A in it.
To recap where we are,
Friend A = no liscense, owner of car, valid 10 day transit
Friend B = Valid liscense, driving car with friend A in it
Cops pull over the car, and seize it for 30 days. How does that make any sense? Car is legal, transit is good, driver has liscense
