Good price. For how long have you owned this car?

What about details describing the car's condition? Is it a minter?
 
i responded to all PM's in order and as i said i will update some info.
first, thanks to all for the interest.
ok well,minter?no it's seen winters.
i'm the third owner and i've had it for under 2 years.
previos owner bought it certified pre-owned in 2004 with 59000km for $65000
i bought it with about 200000km and it has 213000 now.
cooling system done in 2006
clutch done at 145000km (i was told)
since i've bought it i've done:
brakes
inner and outer tie rods
front upper and lower ball joints AND bushings with arms(no more shimmy)
ice cold A/C

interior i'll say 9+ no rips or cracks on dash or heated leather sport seats
black headliner is mint.
buisness cd with 6 disc changer works great as does the controls on the m sport steering wheel.

body 8 has little rust and no rot!(keep in mind it's an 01 quebec car thats seen winter so it has some rust)

tranny 9+ shifts ultra smooth with no grinds at all.

engine 7 (i'm being honest here) it can use some love.it's got 213000km,is my daily driver and doesn't give me problems,BUT it's an m62tu, it's got the regular 4.4 shit to deal with.

please be patient i will get picks this weekend.

mirrors are in bad shape,(headed mirror left a ring around glass and the housings are not that great.
small rust spot on trunk lid.
small rust spots on rockers under front door.(both sides no holes...)
chips on hood near kidneys
check engine light on (o2 left bank ambaint air temp sensor)

Seems like a pretty good deal. Lots of people want the M looking 540i. Do you live near the PieIX bridge?

I woudl beat you to it if I was looking for a car too. *tu* This is the best combination of a 540i you can buy(Mtech, v8 and manual transmission)

this car sold for $65 000 when it was 3 years old!! i have the bill of sale from canbec..
must have been around $100 000 new!:yikes:
