Bonjour Carl, le message qui suit s'adresse à toi, Kevin et toute l'équipe de Perry Auto.
Je tenais à prendre quelques minutes de mon temps pour souligner votre excellent travail à tous et chacun(e).
À chaque fois que je fais affaire avec vous, je sens que vous avez les intérêts du client à cœur et vous avez une approche axé sur les solutions.
Dernièrement, j'ai acheté un kit de clutch et tout bonnement j'ai demandé pour resurfacer la flywheel, en plus d'avoir de judicieux conseil de ta part Carl, y'a Steeve qui a prit en charge et qui a prit la peine d'appeler un de ses clients. Boom, le lendemain my flywheel était resufacer top shape.
C'est la même chose pour Kevin, que ce soit pour un casque ou de l'huile à transmission, il est toujours la pour prendre le temps de bien expliquer et conseiller.
C'est convivial, chaleureux, professionnel. Je me sens vraiment en confiance et je sais que je peux compter sur votre expertise.
Je ne suis peut-être pas le client qui achète pour des grosses sommes pour une Porsche, mais je sais que je vais avoir la même qualité de service pour mon civic 98 que pour une voiture a 60k de l'année. Je sais que le service à la clientèle c'est tough et c'est aussi pour cette raison que je voulais vous dire sincèrement MERCI et continuez votre bon travail.

Whenever I deal with you , I feel that you have the customer's interests at heart and you have a solution-oriented approach.
Recently, I bought a clutch kit and I simply asked to resurface the flywheel , in addition from having good advices from you Carl , there's Steeve who took charge of my case and who bother call one of its customers so he can send my flywheel to get it resurfaced. Boom, the next day, my flywheel was resufaced, top shape .
This is the same for Kevin, whether for a helmet or transmission oil, he is always there to take his time to explain and give me good advices.
It is friendly , warm and professional. I know I can count on your expertise.
Maybe I 'm not the customer who buys for big bucks for a Porsche , but I know I'll have the same quality of service for my 98 Honda Civic than a 60k brand new car. I know that customer service is tough and that's why I wanted to tell you sincerely THANK YOU and keep up the good work.
