salut tout l'monde...bon ca c mon projet pour cet hiver...j'aimerais bien que vous me disiez ce que vous en pensez, mais surtout que vous me donniez des conseils, j'aimerais avoir des autres points de vue..:)
bon...je fais la convertion 2.0l16v...voici le moteur et quelques specs..:2.0l 16v:
Bloc 9A rebuilt (tout est neuf, pieces d'origine Volks seulement ) + balancé
Tete 1.8 16v rebuilt, cam d'origine
cap distributeur beru + cable d'allumage Bosch ultra-premium
Timming belt neuve
Headder Brospeed
flywheel allégé et balancé
Cluch Sachs neuve
transmission 1.8l 16v + ABD big bore intake
Toutes les pieces (externes) ont été nettoyées, passées au sable (sand blast), puis peinturées (peinture haute température)

wow.....vraiment beau projet!! le moteur est vraiment nice !! la grille elle , cest un classique qui ne se demode pas ! bonne chance :bigup:
 
whoops forgot to told ya, the engine is p&p...and for the cams, it will come this summer...but damn those cams are xpensive!
 
from a friend who have a mk3..he had an accident and the grill was broken..(the plastic surround, not the metal mesh)...so I had it for a pretty good price!-100$!
 
pour l'instant, le system d'injection du gars qui me vends le moteur...c mécanique:(
je pourrais utiliser mon system d'injection?
 
This is just my mopinion, but.....if I were you, I wouldnt put the golf4 smoked lights......the ones u got on now look so sweet, so golf4 crystal clears would look really good man..........but thats my opinion, cuz the clear goes really well with your red.......either way, you're ride is very tasteful, well done

well my plan was, before I got the deal on the engine, to paint my car grey..so I baught the headlights in smoke cauz I had a very nide deal..but now with the swap....i'm getting short on $...
but the next big step is the color...(after the cams, 4 sure:D )
btw, waht cam degree u recommend me?
I was thinki'n around 268

turbofreak: the lights were 500 to my door, and the stressbar around 150..

hey where did u get these ??and how much where day and do they fit in a 91b jetta ?? and thats a sick Project u got going there good job !! :bigup:

I baught 'em from a guy here...86+tx..
the guy is named jetta_Mk2...I think he have a couple of these...for all generations...(I'm not sure, but he have 'em for mk2)...
they fit great!
 
268 is pretty good.....but, as mentioned in a previous thread.......midrange cams are the ebst cuz you dont have to always be in the high rpms to be in your fun zone.....so I'd get midrange cams.......260's.........around there
