Like the title says it's a JVC mini-system I bought a couple of years ago. I don't use it anymore since I have my laptop + computer speakers in my room now. Everything still works prefectly, still have the remote (just forgot to take a picture of it), the only defect it that tweeter that's poked in on one of the speakers, it doesn't make any difference audio-wise though. Here's the product description from Amazon:
The MX-G50 comes equipped with powerful bi-amplified twin hyper-woofers with level controls, JVC's Super Extended Bass, and 240 watts of output for big audio sound. This compact system also packs some heavy equipment, granting a good deal of versatility to a system of its size.

Its three-disc carousel CD changer comes with play exchange, so you can change discs while another plays. Additional features range from a 32-track programmable CD memory to intro scan and multiple playback modes. CD-R and CD-RW compatibility, a very welcome addition, gives this three-disc CD player the ability to play back your own compilations.

The dual-well, full-logic cassette deck features double auto reverse and synchronized CD recording, which synchs the recording to the CD's start. The MX-G50 also comes with a digital AM/FM tuner and a 45-station memory, providing 30 FM and 15 AM presets.

An optical digital-audio output and live surround-sound modes let you connect this compact stereo with your DVD player to create a cinema-style sound experience. Even when it's playing audio CDs, the surround sound presets produce dance club, hall, and stadium audio effects to custom-enhance your listening. JVC also includes a built-in equalizer with rock, pop, and classical modes, as well as three manual settings.

The MX-G50's audio output of 240 watts, combined with its big bass boost, really pumps up the volume. This unit delivers 40 watts to each of its two main speakers and splits a full 160 watts between two built-in subwoofers. These powerful three-way speakers feature JVC's latest bi-amplified twin hyper woofers with a bass-reflex design in a ported enclosure. Its one-bit digital-to-analog audio converter keeps the audio output clean, and JVC also adds a single analog audio input and output.

With a large, asymmetrical display, illuminated source keys, remote control, and jog dial, this feature-rich system is easy to use and convenient to program. The MX-G50 doesn't miss a beat.
