Taken from E60 Forums, the guy does this professionally in California, I'm not sure if it's for a living or as a sideline, but the before and after is insane! :yikes: CelicaGTS and Mr_D take notes :p

I bet he charged like 500$ for that.

I would guess $500 minimum. The guy has an M5, he's not working for $20 an hour... And all that product he uses is freaking expensive too. I wouldn't be surprised if he charged 4 figures for a job like that

you forgot at least a zero at the end of that number.

The electric thingy he puts on the paint is a thickness measurer, he buffs the entire surface of the car to have the exact same thickness of paint and clearcoat all over. I think the wax itself is worth a couple of G's.
 
that tool he is using with numbers measures paint thickness so he knows how much he can rub off with compound...

on the list of materials it sounds like there's interior detailers (cockpit premium, leather trio)... any interior shots?
