^ nice whats your weight now and how long have u been training?

Right now i am a 178 lbs. Ive been trainning for 4 years but its been on and off ... i stopped 8 months due to an injury caused by a faulty equipement at the gym so i bought myself a power rack some bumper plates and train at home now . I restart 4 months ago , i was at 162 , work out everyday ( i know its to much but i have so much fun do my workout at home insted of at the gym ... ) and eat alot . I have never gain so much weight in a short amount of time like that!!
 
j'ai deja posté dans ce thread il y a 2 ans apres m'avoir entrainé durant 6 mois mais suite a un changement de travail j'ai travailler 12H jours durant 18 mois sans aller une seul fois au gym

j'ai recomencé a m'entrainé le 5 septembre dernier et je suis content du resultat

Perseverance!!

Lift 5 time a week bro srs

start at 160lbs now at 167 , wish 175 til december , then il start to lean a litle I still have a small beer belly
