I went into that house when it was being built! Absolutely insane. You should see the Garage building.

ahhhhh yeah now i remember seen it when it was being built, when I was boating on le lac des deux montagnes!
 
My friend lives very close to him (well relatively since this house's yard is fucking huge). Anyways, when this house was built, he cut down a forest, so the owner sent my friend and the neighbours around a $50 gift certificate for somewhere hahaha

Ok NO house is worth 27 million in Montreal... Are they insane? Honestly they look like idiots with a price like that. You can get an estate ON THE COAST in southern BC (AKA canadian PARADISE) for like 8-10 mil ... This is just stupid, I'm not hating on the house but the price is just high for the sake of being high. Idiots

You cant compare value of "some estate on the coast in BC " with this one unless you know the exact build specs/detail and exact location..For where you put your money its a fine comparison (and yes, i agree that its not where id put mine if i had it) but not actual value of the property..

This one is $15million and half the size.

You can also buy a sick house on the water in North Van for 6 million,or 20 million. or a Mansion in Bridal path Toronto for 25 million, or one down the road for 3 million.lots of variables.
