Hyundai Super Sonata

This should please the modders...

Hyundai has looked to RIDES and 0-60 magazines, and in turn found some inspiration from Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche, to put together a special custom version of its upcoming 2011 Sonata Turbo.

The exterior mods on the car are described as "modest and tasteful," with influences from the Brabus Mercedes-Benz CLS Rocket, and an effort to broaden the Sonata's vehicle lines. The rendering shows flashy concave momobloc alloy wheels, a prominent rear lip spoiler, more aggressive rear fascia, lower-body cladding, and pearlescent paint. According to the release there's "a slew of carbon fiber components," for the roof, grille, interior trim, side mirrors, and side air diffuser. LED fog lamps have also been worked into the bumper. There's also a quad-tip exhaust and intake enhancements.

On the inside, they've found inspiration from the Ferrari F430, with stitched leather and cabon fiber accents, but the rendering doesn't give any of the other details away.

The 274-horsepower, 2011 Hyundai Sonata Turbo, which will arrive late this year, is capable of getting to 60 mph in just 6.5 seconds. Yet its EPA fuel economy ratings, of 22 mpg city, 34 highway, trump those of any comparable V-6 sedans.

Si je me trompe pas ca vas etre le 2.0L.

Why is Hyundai always inspired by other companies. The company has grown so much over the years, they should start being original. It is really amazing to see how this company has evolved.

Because the old designs of other companies is where its at. Look at most new "original" designs: they are mostly butt ugly and WAY over the top.

I REALLY like it!

While other companies are getting more boring and boring (Honda, Toyota), Hyundai is taking the more fun approach. Good for them! *tu*

Just saw a 2011 Sportage the design is sick and this Sonata looks great too

we had the 2011 sportage at my work for a while, a few of them had some major problems with them, at under 5000km. I think the problem was with the ECU :dunno:
They're nice though

Why should they change their winning formula... ? Build a car based on best sellers and best looks, your sure to have a great car, and for 1/4 of the price.
