Gas prices going up ---> Here's what I'm thinking of doing.

Hey guys,

As we all know, gas prices will only be going higher in the years to come. After some thinking, I came up with an idea that may be crazy enough to work. It crossed my mind to sell my current car (2007 Civic LX) and purchase a new compact car (2011 yaris, versa, cooper...etc) where I can get much more mileage out of.

I'm ready to lose money by selling my civic, but hoping to re-gain it over the years by gassing up less frequently.

Is this something that could work or have I lost it? How much mileage can you even get on a full tank on a yaris/versa/cooper?

Thanks!

Versa and cooper will get the same fuel economy as the civic, yaris will be better but it's a shitbox. Prius or tdi.

Utilises moins ton auto..(vélo,covoiturage) sinon cest du trouble pour rien.. and youll have to wait 304949201 km's to start saving $$
