mosquito net filter on a turbo?

does it make a difference if i use a mosquito net rather then a air filter on a turbo?

Your serious?

Air filter = Filtering air.
mosquito net = block mosquitos from entering your house.

Make your own conclusions, if its only for race day, mosquitos net is fine, other than that....

good for a racecar where u only drive it once in a while on a track. Street car? Hell nah.

WHo cares if you gain 5HP. You will lose durability. On the other hand...do it. Gives your mechanic more work.

well the way my setup was made the turbo is hard to reach and its impossible to fit a air filter unless i take out the whole front end thats y

maybe if your car is moved around by trailer and that the only time you drive it is on the 1/4mile sure...
in any other circumstance... HELL NO! WTF are you thinking... I hope you werent planning on driving that car in winter too!

Net = restriction. your turbo might just end-up swallowing the net.

while your at it you should make sure to use plastic so it melts and gets sucked into your turbo..

yes, make sure you have lower pressure in your house than outside tho, otherwise it's gonna get hot.

Qu'est-ce qui est plus compliqué? Retirer le pare-choc et prendre le temps d'installer un vrai filtre à air...

ou

Poser un moustiquaire et 2 mois plus tard, devoir sortir les turbos, le bloc, démonter le tout car le seal a chié et que les turbos sont sautés?

Je ne vois pas pourquoi cette question t'es même passée par la tête.
