This is our shop car. We will be building this up slowly. So far we have removed the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and replaced it with a 3" high flow downpipe. We have a complete 3" stainless mandrel bent exhaust and 3" cold air intake. We have been working with Malone Tuning out in BC to develop a tune for this set up. The tune is finalized. There is no check engine light and the car runs great and pulls hard. We are making 170 wHP and 340 wTQ and we are still getting 4.4L/100km on the highway. This winter we will be going BIG turbo and upgrading the injectors. We will post pictures along the way.

How much should we expect to pay for a full exhaust like that ?

For the whole package:

-Downpipe (DPF Delete)
-Cold Air Intake
-3" Exhaust
-ECU Re-Flash

Around 2500$ installed and guaranteed for life.

340wtq!!!! With 15% drivetrain loss, that's 390lb-ft at the crank. 65% torque increase and 40% hp increase over stock for 2500$, that's a bargain if you ask me! And 4.4L / 100km to boot.:run:
 
Do you guys have a similar setup for 1.9Tdi MKV. If yes, time to save my pretty penny!

The chips are ready to go and the exhaust and intake can be built custom on the car. We recently did and a 1.9 exhaust but did not chip it because the customers ECU was previously hacked by another tuner and was unreadable.

How's it compare to the MK6 2.0T (GTI/GLI)?

We haven't really raced it against a 2.0T but from driving both of these cars I'd say that the TDI (modified) would pull away from the GTI off the line but on the highway the GTI would probably pass it. It's just horsepower vs. torque. Both cars are fun to drive but I just like having 340 wTQ at 2000 rpm. :D
