tnks

If it's a beater, sand the shit out of it, then drill with those sanding dentist thingies (dunno what theyre called) primer, body filler, sand and shape, primer, primer, primer, coat of paint, coat of paint, coat of paint, coat of clear, coat of clear, polish&wax and inb4

A Vendre Malibu condition impreccable, aucune rouille.

yeah take a wire brush and clean it up good then stuff it with fiberglass, of course none of us have actually seen teh damage so its hard to give good advice, but that's probably what you should do anyways

How big is the hole? Because generally when you have a hole due to rust you would need to cut that section out a reweld a new piece in. If you can't bothered with a spending that money and don't like the rust then I suggest you sand down the entire area around the rust with an angle grinder(with a wire wheel) and then cut out the portion that rusted through. Once you've done that mask and paint the area inside with some bbq paint. It's temperature resistant and rust resistant. Then grab some metal duct tape and place it over the hole. This is a cheap fix to stop the spread, I guess?

i'd call a junkyard in the states close to the border and see if they have a malibu with that part clean, then get it painted for cheap since it's a beater anyways.

i've gotten parts for like 40$, worth a shot.

holy rotten tits. don't even bother spending money on that car, just drive it till it dies, and scrap. too rotten.
