I have never mentioned restaurants in this province nor food production. The conversation was about traditional/cultural culinary plates, which Europeans, Asians, Arabs, Latinos all have better WAY ones than Quebecers (not even comparable), which is absolutely true if you ask anybody besides French Canadians. There was no bad intent in my comment at all but Alain is too susceptible and took offense of it, while he enjoys making racist comments on Blacks, muslims, asians etc.

Why would we have a food culture since we can steal the best meals from all over the world?
Same goes for wine (although we make some good wine now), we can import it from anywhere and enjoy, rather than only drinking our local stuff like thoses french chauvins who hardly find anything made outside of their area.
