D'accord aussi. Supposons qu'on veux 150, pourquoi pas prend 120 avions "best bang for the buck" et 30 avion high tech

Tu oublie pas mal de détails qui coute cher dans ton plan d'avoir 2 fighter.

1- 2 plateformes = 2 cours différents, 2 maintenances différentes, 2 approvisionnement différent, 2 expertise différentes ... double du casse-tete.

Pour avoir beaucoup d'avion bien maintenant tout fonctionne avec des contrats de maintenance inclus (Globe master) Donc pour ce qu'on en fait ca reviendrais cher en maudit.

Oublie pas que le nord est couvert en grande partie par les américains basé en alaska ! ils ont pas monté des F-22 la pour rien ...

On as un role secondaire dans la protection du nord.

Granted, pilot error can happen to anyone however 23 errors thrown by the rudder controller over the past YEAR.
 
Just went outside to watch a AN 124 land infront of me, pretty impressive plane, really bad weather today here in Seattle, made it a bit exciting :).
 
End of an era at AF.. Sadly this will become more and more common in the next few years.

More than 45 years after the first flight from Paris to New York on 3 June 1970 by the aircraft affectionately known as the Jumbo Jet, the Company salutes with emotion the last flight of this legendary and easily-recognizable aircraft.


Flight AF747 will take off at 11:30am from Paris-Charles de Gaulle for a unique experience: Business class lunch and champagne for all, with an inflight commentary including a tour of France’s history and legendary landmarks.


On arrival at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, the passengers of flight AF747 will be invited to discover the Company’s aircraft maintenance workshops and share a tribute drink at the foot of the aircraft.


As from 7 December 2015, customers can book their ticket on board flight AF747 by calling 01 56 93 70 28 (+33 1 56 93 70 28 from outside France) from 10am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. The fare is fixed at €220 for the entire cabin.
