This Tuscan-inspired mega mansion is located on W Potrero Road in Thousand Oaks, CA and is situated on 4 acres overlooking Lake Sherwood. It was designed by renowned architect Richard Landry and built by Tyler Development. It is owned by Bob and Audrey Byers. Bob is the former owner of a medical supply company which he sold in 2008.

The exterior is made of stone and the roof is composed of 21,000 Coppi tiles. Inside features approximately 23,000 square feet of living space with 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 2-story foyer with 28 foot high ceilings and a sweeping staircase with stone wall, 2-story paneled great room with wet bar, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen, family room, loggia, home theater, wine cellar, 7500 square foot subterranean garage, terrace, infinity swimming pool, 2000 square foot guest house and much more.

Beautiful home. To make it complete the garage should be filled with more classic sports cars instead of modern day cars.

ya des pièce ou on dirait que le proprio s'est promener dans un magasin et a juste acheter ce qu'il y avait de plus chère ... tantot moderne, tantot classic, tantot rustique ...

Haha j'ai poster ceux la justement pour sa. Je trouve la deco intérieur vraiment pas a mon gout. Mais l'exterieur l'architecture de la maison et le garage sont juste malade.

Par exemple la finition est juste folle.
 
esti que je fais pas la bonne job pour faire du $$ moi!! Cest fou comme le monde peut faire de l'argent!
