A few years ago you had a 12 years old Camry Solara, and now you are looking for a 30k$ car? You should take your time to upgrade, otherwise before you hit 30 you will already have the nicest car you will ever have.
Otherwise I love the seats in those GS, probably the best of the industry (for a touring sedan).
The gs is certainly a more refined car.
Une GS F Sport c'est dans les 60-70k ...
I had a ride in an E class Taxi and I was terribily dissapointed, my Camry 1999 drove smoother. I'm sad my friend didn't want to rent the A class last week end, but I'm sure the BMW was nicer (except for the look) anyways so no regrets.
I just went from a Civic Wagon to a $30k car. What's your point?
Reason not to buy one: Too few pedals. Not much of a race car

Because starting around $55k..... I would take a BMW 5 series or BMW 4 series (yes two doors) or a Benz E-Class or a Audi A5 (yes two doors)
