I know plenty of Muslims who openly oppose ISIS, but i havent seen them riot about it. I havent really looked either.
Judaism and Christianity are pretty violent to the core as well. I think the culture and government brainwashing for generations is what's causing this, not really the religion itself.
Christianity was like this at a point, Judaism wasn't but at the same token it wasn't carried by an empire either like christianity or Islam, so who's to say it wouldnt have been violent.
In any case.
The 3 religions are very similar. All with violent and peaceful messages, many are contradictory.
Violent people take what they will and peaceful people take what they will, most tend to be peaceful.
Corrupt governments with twisted laws and brainwashing systems provide opportunity for the bad apples to be bad apples legally.
