Ipad APP for Calendar + Client File

Hello to all,

My gf is looking to purchase an IPAD to manage her own business and she will have 25 to 35 appointments to manage in a week (Approx).

She is looking for a way to book an appt. in a Calendar with the name/phone number of her client and a way to access the client's file directly via the Calendar. (by Contact or whatever). Is there an app for this or is there a way of storing the File and rendering it accessible via a certain Calendar?

There are many calendar apps out there but I do not seem to find one with Contacts.

With Google you can do all this without an App.

Gmail gives you a calendar and access to a "online storage server".

When you create entries in the calendar, you can add the files.

When you consult the calendar you can have access to the files, do modifications, and save them, all online.

the apple calendar app does it all

1. Create contact
2. Create event
3. Add contact to event

you can access the contact through the calendar app too.

why use another app?

She wants to be able to access her client's file, with her notes, questions and treatment to apply. Medical purposes
