Wait, no... Did any of you really expect something half decent from Mitsu these days?

Makes the Passat refresh look like a complete redesign.

At least you can now get AWD on the base trim. That is very rare for a car in this class but damn they could have done something about that 10 year old rear end though... And maybe some standard halogen projectors or whatever just to spice things up not just a new bumper smh.
 
Wow, décidément côté design Mitsubishi ne l'ont vraiment pas. Juste à voir l'Outlander qui change de look à chaque année parce qu'année après année ça ne pogne pas. Un léger facelift pour 2016 alors que le design de la Lancer date quasiment de l'âge de pierre. On s'attendait à un renouvellement complet de A à Z.

Leurs designers doivent dormir au gaz ou passer l'année complet dans un tout inclus en République...

Most of the competitors have had 3-4 generations/facelifts in the same time period.

Civic for example.

2005-2011: 8th gen
2012: 9th gen
2013-2015: 9th gen emergency facelift
2016: 10th generation

VW Golf
2007-2009: 5th gen
2010-2013: 6th gen
2015- 7th gen

Mitsubishi:
2007- infinity: Mitsubishi Lancer

And Mitsubishi stated they won't be developing sedans anymore, so nothing is in the pipeline. There must still be enough people with poor credit who are willing to finance these cars over 7-8 years, otherwise they wouldn't be selling any.
