One guy i know in the Netherlands sent me this...
This happend yesterday in Hengelo (the Netherlands), a very big fire at one of the main Ferrari dealerships here in Holland, over 56 cars were destroyed in the fire, apart from the Ferrari dealership, it is also a dealer for Maserati, Jaguar and the importcompany for Konnigsegg (the supercar from Sweden). Also a very big collection of classic Ferrari's, Jaguar's and Maserati's were destroyed <sob sob sob sob>

I wouldn't have let the cars burn if I was there and it set fire. I'd be the crazy bastard trying to save the cars lol.

but the classics, are a loss forever
 
i'm not too sure if they're insured. Think about how much money they'd have to pay the inssurance company to cover them throughout the years! it's like the museums that have the original Picasso's and Van Goh's - those paintings are worth around 80 and 50 million dollars (each) so since the inscurance on them is astronomical, the museum can't afford it, so it just don't cover them... then they get stolen, and the museum's screwed.

still, sucks to see these masterpieces go up in flames like that - regardless, i'd buy a burnt ferrari for VERY cheap anyday! start a new trend : the Burnt look
