TRE test
I've just came back from a short test ride with my gsxr750 since i've installed my TRE! (home made with a switch)
the difference is pretty big in a way that the engine run really smoother! When you have to give it gas while turning, it's really smoother then before! the gixxer was known for a bit of chunkyness when became time to regive gas in a turn! Ohh and yes: wheely are even easier ![]() the front just doesn't want to stay on the ground in first from 7K and a little tiny pull in second makes it wheely super easy in second! |

Timing retard eliminator!
If you got a gixxer: there a timing retarder in the 3 first gear to diminue to power a bit and make the bike "powerfull" a bit! |

it's only a resistance that make think the ECU that you are always in 6th gear!
where the timing retard isn't present! 600/750 must put a 6th gear resistance(15k) and the 1000 an 5th gear(6,8K)(cause it remove the speed limiter by the same time on the 1000) here a godd site with info: http://www.81x.com/WTObjectFrame.asp...&RND=602131588 |

Max pat congrats, but youve done the WRONG thing...you should have put a 6800 holms one...why?you still have you speed resticor...the 2004 gsxr750 can go 307kmh with a 5 or 4 gear TRE...you are gonna be limited at 299 kmh when your inectors will sut off early...dont whant to piss on your parade...LIMITED GUY!!!

The more i think about it....its impossible that youve actually put a 6 speed resistor as your cut off would be reduced due to the 299kmh speed limiter (injector 3 and 4 shutt off at the rpm equivalent to 299kmh)...anyways...go to gixxer.com

299 km/h is still pretty god dam fast.... average jet takes off at 225km/h,,, n e wayz, it runs so much smoother,,, less boaging at low rpm and it tends to go up eaiser.......15K ohms still did the job for me... speed limiter doesn't really bother me .... still good info though
