I have my spools and my stands (i've been screwed for the front one on e-bay, anyway...), I just want to make sure to do it right and not drope the bike ;)... When using the rear stand, I put the stand on the spool and lift it directly? Do you usually put your front wheel straight instead of the usual "locked" position?

Thnx,

Sylvain

Yes, front wheel straight. It's hard at the beginning to do it yourself, but you hold the bike straight by your left hand on the seat, and you slide the rear stand under the spools with your right hand (note: switch hands if you are a right/left hander). Once the rear stand is under the spools, the bike will stay straight, and it's just a matter of pushing down on the stand and voilà :D

I have these stands. The rear works well with my bike. Still havn't gotten the front to work properly yet, need to adust it.

those won't work for Honda cause Honda don't have place to bolt the spools on the swingarm! :(

Canadien Tire one are spools type and you need standard type!

if you know someone who can weld, you can modify them really easy though!

true! just weld an M10 nut on each swing arm and you're good to go!
