wow thats a good question, im not exactly sure, perhaps if you listed what parts you had, it would help other people give an approx. value
 
I can tell you what I paid for all the parts: (for 1995 S14 parts)

(assuming they are in working order)

Manual Tranny: $200
ECU (s14a = $): $65
For all the remaining parts (flywheel, driveshaft, master cylinder etc etc etc): I paid $250 + my auto tranny in exchange
