I don't think Quebec Law would pass the Skyline as a safety issue, plus when emissions comes over here...it's going to be pretty hard to pass with a Skyline.

thats why there so expensive.... motorex modifies them so they pass emissions. they even crash test them and make them COMPLETELY road legal.
