Quick question, can anyone help??

Un de mes amis m'a donné un 12" Pionneer IMPP dans une boite. Il dit qu'il ne fonctionne plus. Il a "muter" son systeme et quand il a remonter le son, plus rien... le 12 etait mort, juste un son comme s'il etait mal grounder.

Est ce qu'il y a qq chose a faire avec ca ou je suis mieux de le mettre a la poubelle ??

Il va falloir que tu nous dites c'est quoi le probleme. Enleve le sub de la boite et examine la. Mais meme a ca si tu ne sais pas quoi chercher tu le trouverai jamais. Si t'aurais une facon de venir me voir avec le sub, je pourrais te le regarder pour voir s'il y a quelque chose. J'ai quelques idee deja a qu'es ce que sa pourrait etre, mais ils serait trop long a expliquer a quelqu'un qui ne le comprendrait pas. Et aussi, mon francais est horrible!

wrong! that can only help to tell the polarity of the speaker depending on if it goes in or out. (another topic entirely!). There are many factors to a sub being blown, many of which can be fixed. For example, the tinsel leading to the vboice coil can be burned off, which can be fixed very simply. With either electrical epoxy or solder. It all depends on where and how badly it is seperated. Do not just throw away a sub until you've had it examined by someone who knows what they are doing!
