I was reading about a new one too, In a magazine... Think it was a motor trend.

Yeah, I still have it but in Car&Driver. It was against a 5 speed manuel Camaro 580cu. (even if it was written 572 on the car)

The mustang did 0-60 in 1.9
0-100 in 5.5
0-130 in 9.7
1/4 mile in 10.55@135.05

And the Camaro did 0-60 in 3.0
0-100 in 6.8
0-130 in 11.2
1/4 mile in 11.01 @ 128.64

You have to remember that these cars were fully loaded inside, without any major weight reduction

For the record, the camaro did beat the mustang on the roadcourse 1:34.2@71.9 vs 1:37.0@69.8 for the mustang
