how do you post videos??

I would like to know how I post a pic, I don't really understand the part of putting a link when the video that I want to put is on my harddrive and not on a site or something. Is the link from the video on my computer or from the video on a site? sorry but i'm really confused. thanks to whoever can help me.

you need to put your video on the internet.

then you link to that file from here, just by typeing the path to it.
