Equializer???

J'aimerais savoir si sa vaudrait la peine de mettre un equializer sur une radio pioneer mais sans ampli

radio pioneer "premier"( quand meme old )
4 speaker pioneer
1 ampli mtx
i sub rockford fosgate 10"

sa vaut tu la peine de mettre un equializer sur se systeme???
 
unless your very much into SQ, it wont be worth the money..

does the current HU equalization seem good to you ?


or do you feel like you need to make certain adjustments to certain frequency ranges for it to sound better?!
 
not really the radio that i have dont give me a lot a display
i've got no problem for the sub but just the speakers
the bass sound like scrap on speakers, i need something to adjust the frequency. I think...

get an amp first of all. Then look into a better set of front components. And don't run your speakers at fullrange. If your HU has a built in HPF, try cutting out the frequencies below 80Hz, this will help relieve some of the distortion your getting, since the speakers won't have to work as hard!

Golf4life : what you need is are crossovers not an equalizer.
