What turbo works the best for street with great torque and minimal lag in you're opinion?
Is the 20G the only turbo you tried in your car or a friends?

I was looking into a t28 upgrade or a 16G to have good power with not much lag, are those good street friendly turbo because i like torque more than top end.

Anybody else tried different turbos on there dsm, give you're input.

Don't come as often as I used...

For minimal lag, especially on a stock 2G motor, you want to keep your turbo size reasonable.

You can go T28 or 16G. If you go 16G, don't clip the wheel and get the "small" 16G. I rode in a car that had a big 16G without the supporting mods and it was lagging more than my 20G.

- Frank 3 (a laggy hybrid, had to speedshift to keep the spool up) 12.1@119
- 20G 12.1@120 (not tuned very well yet, good for at least 11.5)
