Nissan engines

Hi,

I'm looking for a good reference about nissan engines. I need engine tech specs and in which cars they are found.
For example in which car the KA24DE is found, and what are its specs in the 240sx 1995, 1996, etc...
For all nissan engines, KA24DE, CA18DE, SR20DE(T), VG30(D)E(TT), ...

the ka24de is found in the 1991-1998 240sx 155HP
the ka24E is found in the 1989-1990 240sx 145 HP

ca18det was found in the early model 180SX in japan. other CA engines were found in north american models like the ca20ET and ca16de.

sr20det was found in the silvia and late model 180sx in japan
vg30dett in found in the 300zx

I would something more detailed (c/r, carb or FI, ...) something like the tables at the end of the Bentley manuals.
And if you could find that for engine from 1980 to 2000 that would be the best!
