Blue WRX without wing

Just past in front of a splendid wrx but the wings has been stolen and not very delicatly, I wish the cops could do something about it, I don't know, hang those f/$cker by there balls for a couple of weeks or something like that. It was the standard wing, there is no repesct these day.
