Exhausts

Which exhausts do you guys have?

I am looking for an exhaust, so far the choice has been narrowed down to Active Autowerke Generation3 exhaust for about 1 grand. Made out of stainless steel completely.

Are there any good ones out there for under 1 grand? If so, please let me know...

Hi, I have done a lot of research on exhaust for e36 BMW. My choice ended up between AA gen3 and BBtriflo. Both are nice exhausts and fit like a glove on our cars. After hearing them both, I chose AA. BBtriflo is louder and deeper than AA, but AA has a "ferrari like" sound. It's more civilized. Idle sound is nice, but when you hit the gas it starts to scream! I've heard that UUC has some fitment problems. So it was eliminated from my choices. Remus, Racing Dynamic and Hamann are the same and aren't stainless which is bad for our winter. There is also stromung and supersprint. Supersprint is nice and popular but is very quiet. Don't buy cheap exhaust like Raven, Mozart or other exhaust which retail for 500$ Cdn.

what Remus isnt stainless? I thought all Remus exhausts were stainless...mine is on my SAAB.

downpipe to cat-back but isn't your muffler idodized or rust painted ?

the whole exhaust is stainless, the muffler is painted though.
