Check www.corral.net and www.stangnet.com in classifieds. If you find one that is in decent shape and just needs I rebuild I rebuild them....for alot cheap than a shop..

All depends on what it needs. But I can do a basic rebuild with all new syncros, bearings, steel bearing retainer for about $450 US. The parts alone are about $200.00 US or more. Finding a good core is usually the problem.

I have rebuild kit for about 160-180US, so I need a good core... I'm looking around alot first.

Thats about right, Hanlon and D&D are best places to get one. Get a steel bearing retainer also for it.

Too bad I didnt know sooner I had a core Ford T5 froma 88 Stang this summer that I through out, I will let you know if I hear of another one.
