Sur un f350 2004, c un 6.0L diesel, la transmission, est ce quel fit sur un f350 2000 7.3L diesel

Jaimerais savoir ca svp et vite

I own a 2004 f-250 with the 6.0 diesel, all I can tell you is that the 04 has the 5r100 tranny wihich is a 5 speed auto where as the 2000 has a 4 speed the 4r80e or something, it might fit but I don't think so just ask a ford dealership they will be happy to tell you, interesting side note is that the 5r100 or 5r110 are listed as 5 speeds but actually has 6 forward gears. 1 question I have is why not take the 6.0 and the tranny out of the 04 trust me you will be impressed, I have an SCT (150 HP)tuner and a strait pipe on mine, all I can say is bye bye rice!!!!
 
i prefer the 7.3, thanks for the info, as for the dealer, they are lost, they said they dont think so but could not guarantee, i know they want to make money and do the job
