Is it american? cause the blue was only available in 1999 in Canada if I'm not mistaken, and it was still available in the US in 2000. One of those stolen found rebuilt cars?
 
I paid $16,500 originally, and I want $18,500
here is what I put into it
$1800 coil overs
$150 cam gear
$350 air intake
$350 carbon fibre dash kit
$200 strut bar
$600 car starter/alarm
$100 new rear brake pads
$50 new windshield wipers and lights
$200 short shifter

total: $3800 in extra parts
