what is that called? if the car has a serious problem you have a 1 week money back protection on it correct?

why would someone want me to sign a paper saying i'm waiving this 1 week period? in my mind they're hiding something *contract*
 
est-ce que tu veux dire que si t'achete une voiture d,un particulier tu as une semaine pour le poursuivre et réclamer ton argent si y a un problème caché avec la voiture ou fais tu référence à un dealer dasn cette situation???
