sr20det emmisions

im ready to start swapping in an sr20det into a 240 sx (s14) 1995, but i am concerned about government emmission controls. i heard that by 2004 or 2005, quebec drivers will have to have a smog test like they do do in ontario. if i swap in the sr then don't pass emmissions, i won't be able to put my car on the road. does anyone have any info on this, or know where or who i can call to get more info on this.

alot of people pass in the us and i dought the tests will be as bad as the us.

just gotta know what to do like leaving your cat on and not running 20 psi when your on the dyno
