So many WRX STIs 4 sale? Why?

Hi! Just wonder why there's so many STIs for sale at really cheap price?

You see some going at 33-34K with 30,000 km (not VGA). Almost 15K lost in one year, wtf?

Is it a thief problem? I had this problem back then with my Integra Type-R.
