Help please, what do I need for VLSD ie Driveshaft?? Halfshafts??

I am trying to get an VLSD for saturdays drift practice so I need some info from whoever can help.

My car is a non ABS 5 speed 1990. Will I need a new driveshaft or halfshafts to make the new diff work or does it depend on the new diff?

it depends where you get the diff from

if you get an infiti j30 diff you will need halfshafts i think

im not sure about the 89-90 vs 91-93 differences
