Brake upgrade

Since i have tiny discs in the front from my civic 93 lx, i was planning on maybe if possible putting the stock si brakes(which i think are a 9.9sumthing inches from my 8.5sumthing and moving the stock lx to the rear. my question is:how much for a project like that and will the 13s(tires) still fit in the front or im gonna have to get the 14s.(im planning on 15s in the summer like 195/50/15).How 'bout it?worth it?

I don't want to talk about something I don't know, but some people who use swifts to race put civic Si breaks so they can put 13 inch wheels in the front... so I guess it should work with 13 inch wheels... but for your stock lx breaks in the back, how will you connect your handbreak to that???
