Hi, I'm upgrading my computer to a 6800GT so selling my old

Geforce 4 TI 4200 128 MB RAM video card

this is one of the fastest card in the geforce 4 series and easily outperforms some of the geforce FX (5) line... still good for games that aren't GPU intensive
price network has these for 200$ new...at the least

i'm gonna put it to 100$ > 80$

Memory clock is about 25-50MHZ faster in the other one and Access time is 3.6 ns on mine vs 3.3ns

thats the ONLY difference between the two. At this level, if you knew what you were talking about, it wouldn't make a big difference in the games it can play.

Keep in mind this WON'T play games like Doom3 or Farcry...for that you need 6600 GT of 6800GT/Ultra or the newer one.

This is very good for older games though, good for a secondary comp.
