edit: and no it's not new, but it comes with the case, the manual and the game. if there are scratches on the back, I resurface discs too. (althogh that may take a while i ened to get them done in dorval at my other location)

kinda expensive for an used copy with scratches
 
I said i resurface discs. not even a mirco scratch on it. my machine cost me almost 10 000$, it's not a dinky toy like you see in tv ads.
