QSCA HEADS-UP COMPACT SUPER SHOOT-OUT DRAG EVENT

We would like to bring to your attention that there will be a Heads-Up race on August 14th, 2005.
This event will take place at Napierville Dragway (Exit #21 Autoroute 15 Sud)

This event will be very exciting and fun filled for both Competitors and Spectators.
There will be a class for everyone. Small or Big Budget. We would like to see everyone bring their cars.
Remember this is a Heads-Up style racing (Pro Tree), like when Drag Racing first started.
First one to the finish line wins.

At the present time, we (RACEHEADS, and QSCA president) are working on the rules.
These rules will be based on NHRA Compact car regulations and will be simplified to be fair to all competitors.

We are planning on five classes and Pay Outs will be determined on the number of cars registered.

Classes will be:

1- Quick 16 Power Adder:
Any power adder permitted. ex: Turbo, Super Charger, Nitrous Oxide

2- ALL MOTOR (A/M):
No power adder allowed

3- 12.00 Index: Any power adder permitted.

4- 13.00 Index: Any power adder permitted.

5- Bracket: All cars

Cars can run in one or two different classes.
As long as they meet the rule requirements for both, and pay to run both classes.

We will have an on line registration form soon.
For all of you that is interested in this event, feel free to contact us at

raceheads.ca OR qscaracing.com

Best Regards

for power adder class is there going to be a e.t limit like regular rules it's 12.99 and under, for quick 8 because, with all due respect if you enforce this rule you'll never get a quick 16 because now we can't even get a quick 8 our team has been to every event this season and were no.1 in the points. Some pointers, promote as much as you can even in ottawa there's a lot of racers in the ottawa/gatineau area we need them here go there and pass out flyers at meets and so forth I will try to spread the word aswell. sounds like a good event we just need some racers. also how much will 1st place be for power adder class because we'll probly take it unless smp or tapp shows up which I doubt. mabey not mononc is on fire!

There's NO ET rules for Quick 16. 'Run what ya brung and hope you brung enough'
Actually we say quick 16 but if we get 20+ participants it will be better for payouts.

It does not matter how fast or slow the car runs. Some guys can cut better lights than others. Some cars break into wheelspin, some cars will break...etc
Anyone has a fair chance. Remember the lights are PRO TREE. (Except brackets)

Payouts will depend upon car count.
For Example: If we had 16 cars in Quick 16 class, then it would pay $1000 bucks.
One thing is for sure. No matter the amount, once the $ is established, IT WILL NOT CHANGE (like some shows did us)

Thanks for your interest. I do encourage all you racers to make this event.
This one will be full of heart pounding excitement.

Regards
