19inc axis7 with tires for 1200$

i got a set of 19inc mags (axis 7) with good tires for 1200$ .
the bolt pattens 5x100 and 5x114 offset (42-45)
tires has about 85 percent to go , theres are few scrathes on the rims , the rims is polish silver .

they were ona eclipse before ?? bought it off lespac ???
anyways won't change nothing .... if they good for a jetta 2005 .... 5x100 ... and the bolt pattern, i'll buy them ... try to know the offset !!!

Offset and size of tire would help. They are 19 by what?

Size: 19x8
Bolt Pattern: 5x100, 5x114.3
Offset: +35

and for the tires is 225-35-19
