Fender rolling

Just take one of your fenders, roll it, and stuff it up y- .. well..

:D

It just means bending in the fender "lip" where your tires might be rubbing if your car is low and you're running wide tires. There's several ways of doing it. It's OK for the car, but there's a good chance of cracking the paint along the edge, which needs to be touched up or it will rust asap.
 
Chris call Stephane at Trac he has a tool made for rolling the lips of fenders and it doesn't damage the finish;)
 
I would go to a real body shop if I were you. Even though it's not a big job, I wouldn't trust just anybody.
